EAVA FM welcomed Hitesh Morjarh, Rajesh Gohil and Sarah Barrett from Property Climber into the studio to talk about their forthcoming event.

Property Climbers were inspired by a group of 7 landlords who used to meet once a month for a curry night to spring ideas off each other and to give each other helpful advice.

The property Climber's organisation will be 3 years old in April, they have over 1000's guests and around 85 guest turn up to each event. The property Climber's have event every last Thursday of the month and the next one is Thursday 26th January 2012.

The event will take place at The Spice Kube on 310 Green Lane Road, Leicester, LE5 4PB, from 6.30am till late. The event will cost £15 if you book online or £18 if you buy your ticket on the door, the price includes a 3 course meal and a drink, building magazine, business networking and two professional talks.

This event is like a one stop shop where you get to meet lots of people from the industry from mortgage brookers to property surveyors to landlords etc. The event is open to everyone so you can get the best possible advice and help with any problems you may have i.e problem tenants or tenants not paying on time etc.

Guest speaker one will be Sarah Barrett who also joined us on the phone. Sarah is a property expert from Cardiff and has control of a property portfolio of just under £20 million. Sarah will be talking about "How to structure property deals in the current climate using my 7 Golden Rules".

Guest Speaker two will be Lal Shonki from Shonki Property Auctions. The company has been established for 18 years in auctions with an excellent success rate. Lal Shonki will be giving a talk on "An insight into the Auction Property Market".

The order for the night will be as follows:

7.15pm: Welcoming and Introductions
7.45pm: Starters and Socialising
8:15pm SEMINAR ONE - Sarah Barrett
8:45pm: Buffet Meal
9.15pm: SEMINAR TWO - Lal Shonki
Followed by teas and coffees and further networking till late.
